Alireza Tarviji (violin & viola) : Alireza Tarviji was born in Iran. He started taking violin lessons at the age of 7 until the age of 16, performing in Guilan Phil., Paytakht, and Tehran Conservatory Orchestras, before moving to Canada in 2020 to continue his education. He currently studies music at the University of Ottawa and continues his experiences in various orchestras (OYOA, OCO, uOttawa). He had a successful inception in 2022 with his friends at Vivo Trio, and headlining at Ottawa Grassroots Festival 2023 with his Ensemble. He has been invited as the guest host at CBC Canada, as well as CTV in April 2023.
Andreea Arbone (violin) : Andreea Arbone started playing violin in Romania at the age of six and a half . In 2004 she was admitted at the Conservatoire de Musique de Gatineau, where she studied under Orchestre Symphonique de Gatineau concertmaster Christian Vachon. She holds a degree in Violin Performance from the University of Toronto, where she took lessons with the Gryphon Trio member Analee Patipatanakoon.She is currently the owner of La Petite Fanfare music school in Chelsea, where she has been teaching violin and piano since 2017.
Deborah Thomson (Piano) : Deborah Thomson is Wakefield's musical Jill (not Jack) of all trades. A classically trained pianist (RCM, Toronto), she performs everything from Bach to boogie. She started accompanying choirs at age 9 (she's a little older now). A musical educator with a B.Ed. in Special Education, Deborah has taught music in schools and privately. In 1999, she helped launch MusicMakers with the WQSB, a program involving up to 700 students in a massed choir. She performs as a studio musician, is the artistic director of Angels Share, is the accompanist for Castenchel Choir, has composed for professional theatre (NAC & GCTC) and rocks her trombone in the local funk band, Waked Up!
