Choice of Soup:
- ASPARAGUS SOUP - puréed asparagus, onion in light broth topped with Parmesan cheese, bacon and fresh herbs
- RED BEET SOUP - rich and creamy mix of beets, parsnip, ginger, onion and garlic, topped with a swirl of coconut yogurt, parsley and sesame seeds (Gluten Free and Vegan)
Choice of Mains:
- SWEET & SOUR TILAPIA - fish fillet prepared in sweet and sour sauce, sautéing onion, garlic, and ginger topped with red, yellow and green bell peppers. Served with puréed potatoes (Gluten Free)
- MOROCCAN CHICKEN - chicken braised with oriental mix of spices, garlic, onion, olives, carrots and lemons. Topped with fresh cilantro and served with rice.
- BAKED PENNE WITH SPINACH & RICOTTA - smothered pasta with ricotta, spinach, basil and Parmigiano Reggiano. Served with greens. (Vegetarian)
